Michael Wang is the Chief Financial Officer and a Managing Partner at MMG Partners. He has spent eighteen
years in the financial services and health care industries, both as a consultant and in a variety of
management positions. Mr. Wang has extensive experience in business process reengineering, information
management and technology, and strategic planning.

plans and market entry strategies were developed for the U.S., U.K., and Germany to accommodate differences
in consumer behavior, the retail financial marketplace, and regulatory environment.

Prior to MMG, Mr. Wang was the CIO for a health care start-up and an Assistant Director at John Deere Health
Care, where he managed the development of a data warehouse that was nominated for The Computerworld
Smithsonian Award and added to the Permanent Research Collection of Information Technology Innovation at the
Smithsonian Institute. Mr. Wang also managed the development of a patient care system that received a
best-in-class Industry Solutions Award from Microsoft.

Mr. Wang has held management positions at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Bankers Trust, and Mellon Bank. He earned
an M.B.A. in finance from Carnegie Mellon University, a M.S. in operations research from Northwestern
University, and a B.A. in biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania.
