Morio Alexander is an Associate Partner in the New York office of MMG Partners. Mr. Alexander has years of
consulting experience, specializing in financial services, strategic development and capital
markets. He also worked at a hedge fund and has a background in electrical engineering and patent
regulations.

and hedge fund firm. He was also a Director of Strategy and Business Development at a
start-up software firm that developed a sophisticated financial services platform for
the settlement of business-to-business transactions, as well as an Associate at the Global
Securities Practice of the Mitchell Madison Group. Finally, Mr. Alexander has
significant practical experience in intellectual property and patent regulations.

Mr. Alexander has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Electrical
Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
